Shipping & Order Information – MERIT by Willow

Order Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, not including shipping time.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 2 PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Friday orders will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Shipping Details

  • PO Boxes & APO Addresses: Shipped via USPS.
    Note: We do not ship to international PO boxes.

  • Express Shipping: Available on all orders. Rates are calculated based on item weight and value to ensure full insurance and protection.

Local Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order, please select “LOCAL PICKUP” before completing your checkout.

Package Liability
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or other mail carriers, MERIT is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—including those marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
We will provide tracking information upon shipment and are happy to assist you in locating your order.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours at merit@willow30a.com.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to:
Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, WILLOW is not responsible for country-specific tariffs, duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you used a promo code, duties/taxes are calculated based on the original price of the items.

  • We are legally required to declare the original purchase price on all customs documentation.
