At MERIT by Willow we are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. Our fine jewelry is Final Sale, however we reserve the right to not accept an exchange and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged from wear. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.

All clothing items may be returned, unworn with tags attached, within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

All skin care, shoes, handbags, hats, home decor and miscellaneous items are Final Sale.
