Order Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, not including shipping time.

Orders placed Monday–Friday by 2 PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Friday orders will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Package Liability
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or other mail carriers, MERIT is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—including those marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
We will provide tracking information upon shipment and are happy to assist you in locating your order.
