We are confident that our fine jewelry will exceed your expectations. As such, all fine jewelry purchases are final sale.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges on jewelry and may charge a repair fee if the item shows signs of wear or damage. While our policies are firm, we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience and will work with you wherever possible.

Clothing items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit, provided they are unworn, with original tags attached.

Shipping & Order Information – MERIT by Willow

Order Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, not including shipping time.

• Orders placed Monday–Friday by 2 PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

• Friday orders will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Shipping Details

• PO Boxes & APO Addresses: We DO NOT ship via USPS. 

• Express Shipping: Available on all orders. Rates are calculated based on item weight and value to ensure full insurance and protection.

Package Liability

Once a package has been transferred to UPS or FEDEX, MERIT is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—including those marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
We will provide tracking information upon shipment and are happy to assist you in locating your order.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours at merit@willow30a.com.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, WILLOW is not responsible for country-specific tariffs, duties, or taxes.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• If you used a promo code, duties/taxes are calculated based on the original price of the items.

• We are legally required to declare the original purchase price on all customs documentation.
