We reserve the right to not accept an exchange and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged from wear. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.

All clothing items may be returned, unworn with tags attached, within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

All skin care, shoes, handbags, hats, home decor and miscellaneous items are Final Sale.

Shipping policy, pricing and information.

PLEASE NOTE:

OUR PROCESSING TIME is 1-2 business days and does not include the shipping time. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2pm CST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless an item is on backorder. 

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. 

PO BOX & APO  U.S. Addresses will be shipped via USPS. We do not ship to international PO boxes.

EXPRESS SHIPPING options are available on all items. Pricing is calculated based on weight and value to ensure your item is insured for your protection. Please feel free to reach out if you need one on one service. Our team is ready and available to assist via 850-687-4469 Mon-Sun 10am-6pm CST. 

MERIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // Once packages are picked up from MERIT by USPS, UPS or other mail carriers, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages (this includes packages that are marked delivered by mail carrier). We are happy to help in locating your package and we will provide tracking once an order is placed. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier. 

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at meritbywillow@wearwillow.com

INFORMATION ACCURACY // Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout. If you intend to pick up your package please mark your order "LOCAL PICKUP" before completing the payment process.

STATE TAXES for Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Louisiana will be applied for orders being shipped to those states. 

 DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // WILLOW is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

To preserve the luster of your gold and sterling silver jewelry, avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products, which might cause gold or sterling silver to discolor and possibly disintegrate.
